We’ve gone to great lengths in many previous newsletters to help our customers understand what makes our lamb and beef so special, but at the end of the day, the flavor and tenderness of our meats says it all. We grew up on grocery store meat, and more recently, we’ve tried lamb and beef from most every local farm we know, and our products just stand apart. No one manages grazing systems and quality feed intake more intensively than us, and no one is feeding the premium feeds we do at the retail scale. There’s so much more to say, but let’s just say we’re incredibly proud of our offerings and we hope you’ll meet us this week to stock up.
If you prefer to wait for bulk beef and lamb and take advantage of even better pricing, reservations are open for the 2025 harvest season. Our lamb harvests this year are in August and October, and our beef harvest is in November. Check out the bulk beef and bulk lamb sections of our online shop for more details.
