Winter is coming but you still have several chances to see us in October. Come close out the end of the farmer’s market season with us in Colville and Chewelah, and come celebrate Moonlight Madness with us in Colville.

Closing Out The Event Season With Lamb Merguez Tacos!

Our latest farmer’s market hit, Lamb Merguez Tacos, will be the featured item for our last three market appearances in 2024. We’ll also be offering these tacos at Milk House Market just before the Moonlight Madness event in Colville on October 25th. Our Lamb Merguez Tacos showcase Waterloo Ranch lamb, seasoned Merguez-style, on a flour tortilla with tzatziki crema, queso fresco, tomato, grilled corn, pickled red onion, and chopped parsley. Come get your lamb fix at the market in Chewelah on October 11th, the market in Colville on October 23rd and October 30th, and at Milk House Market in Colville on October 25th (from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., or until we run out of tacos).

Lamb Cuts Are Going Fast!

Our lamb cuts have been quite popular at the farmer’s markets of late. If you want to be certain we’ll have specific cuts available for you at the remaining markets in Chewelah and Colville, you can reserve available cuts (with more than 24 hours notice) with a deposit in the Ranch Shop. If you miss us the remainder of this market season, or you’re waiting for our beef cuts to be ready in early December, stay tuned to our newsletter or Facebook page for more cut reservations and drop points and dates this winter.
