A Year In Pictures: Waterloo Ranch, Year 1 - December '23

Closing Out 2023 At The Ranch

It’s hard to believe that, after a couple years of feverish research, planning, and execution, our first livestock arrived about fourteen months ago. Just over a year later, we now have over 30 sheep, 50 hens, a few remaining cows, livestock guardian llamas, livestock guardian dogs, a couple of goats, and a sold-out lamb and beef harvest. It’s been a wild ride, but we’re so pleased to have made it this far, and we’re excited for another year of major growth.

As this year comes to a close, we thought we’d keep the words in this newsletter to a minimum and reflect on our beginnings with mostly images. Thanks for indulging us one last time in 2023.
